If your desire is to learn and grow, then Patterns is certainly the optimal context for your BCBA supervision. We believe that ABA should be delivered by highly trained staff that have had rigorous opportunities academically and experientially. We take supervision seriously and we know that much can be gained through the provision of expert supervision. When our supervisees are ready for the exam, we hope to have prepared them for what they will encounter on their test date. Beyond that, we prepare our supervisees for their careers as BCBAs. Aside from the items on the task list, we hope to inspire compassion and a love for the field that will take our supervisees far beyond a passing score on the exam.
